The Northside is comprised of 18 eclectic neighborhoods. One thing they almost all agree upon: keeping housing affordable for Northside residents while improving their surroundings. That was the consensus of a One Northside survey conducted a few years ago targeting Northside neighborhood groups and residents.
The result: and entity known as Northside Homes, LLC. It gives neighborhood residents and community groups a vehicle to discuss, decided and implement plans to keep housing affordable and improve their collective environment.
And it's working.

They're the implementation partner of Northside Homes, LLC, ensuring decisions to renovate or remove residential and commercial structures align with the plans each neighborhood has decided upon.
