City Cuts Returns for 2026
City Cuts is the City of Pittsburgh’s lawn cutting program designed to support our older neighbors, veteran neighbors, and neighbors with disabilities who may not have the means to maintain their lawns.
The program helps keep neighborhoods safe, clean, and cared for by providing free grass cutting services to qualifying residents throughout the summer and early fall seasons.

Participation is limited and applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
