A New Neighborhood Destination: 620, 624 & 628 East Ohio Street

This community initiative is an effort to renovate three vacant properties on the east end of East Ohio Street (620, 624 & 628). The renovation will enhance the street and create a new vibrant and welcoming gathering space for Northside residents, stakeholders, and visitors to connect, create and thrive.

Connect

A safe, inclusive place that connects people to resources, training, and family support — helping everyone reach their goals.

Create

A hub for learning, entrepreneurship, and creativity — turning ideas into opportunity.

Thrive

A welcoming, modern space where neighbors, small businesses, and community partners can meet, collaborate, and access trusted resources.
